Laughlin Memorial Hospital's Annual 5K Cross Country Challenge

Laughlin Memorial Hospital Veterans 5K Walk/Run Cross Country Challenge to benefit the Fisher House Foundation

Laughlin Memorial Hospital will be hosting its annual 5k cross county challenge on April 30th, 2016 to benefit our Veterans.

This year Laughlin Memorial Hospital has partnered with the Fisher House Foundation that provides housing for our military families during their care at a VA medical center.  Not only do they provide housing they also assist in transportation of our veterans to receive the medical care they need.  The Fisher House Foundation had an operating cost of under 10% meaning more money goes directly to our veterans.

Currently across the United Stated there are 69 houses in operation with over SIX Million days of lodging provided.  Since 1990, they have served over 277,000 families and saved our veterans families $310 MILLION Dollars.

Here is the link to their website if you would like additional information.  http://www.fisherhouse.org/

Laughlin Memorial Hospital would be honored if you would join us in our annual race to benefit our veterans.  Remember 100% of the money for registration or sponsorship will be given directly to the Fisher House Foundation.

This year’s race will once again be held at the Clyde Austin 4-H Center here in Greeneville, Tennessee. Registration will start at 7:00 a.m. and the race will begin at 8:00 a.m.
