No More Colds!
Are you getting tired of your little ones being sick? Try to prevent the sickness before a trip to the doctor or medicine is needed. Wash your hands and help your child wash theirs. This is the very best way to reduce germs. Keep toys clean by washing them daily especially if there is already someone sick. A clean environment will only promote health! Encourage naps. Rest will help the immune system. Feed your child healthy meals that are scheduled. Children respond so well to a routine day and this is the job of every parent. :)
St. Patrick’s Day Activity Ideas

Looking for something creative to do with
your children on St. Patty’s Day?
Green construction paper can be turned into a place mat for coloring, or into a cone hat for wearing. Maybe make some green Jell-O and talk about all things green. Shamrocks can be cut out and glued or taped to paper for hanging on the refrigerator. The point is to do something with your child to make them feel special. Have fun with it!
Update on our Playgroup
Our playgroup is designed for fun social interaction for the children we serve. We have play activities for the children as well as a simple snack. We hope our parents have the opportunity to meet other caregivers. Come and Play at the YMCA with us on the last Friday of each month!
Tell Your Family How Much They Mean To You...

In this busy world of which we live, make sure you take the time to be quiet with your children. Reading a book, listening to soft music, or just sitting with them in your lap will let them know you care for them. Tell them every chance you get... I love you! Make sure those around you know it too. Your wife, husband, mother, father, and grandparents need to hear these same words, just like you do!
**Remember to call us at any time if you have questions or concerns about your child’s development!
